I was really impressed with the amazing customer service and the comfort of the beds during my stay. The thermal water facilities were a highlight, providing a soothing experience that I loved. The spacious rooms were great, and I appreciated the beautiful mountain views from the balcony. While the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, I did think the value for money could have been a bit better considering some amenities had additional costs.
